On its original rails in Michigan's Thumb region, the Huron & Eastern operated a group of GP9s clad in the old Pere Marquette style.
Huron & Eastern #101 the "County of Sanilac" sits quietly in the weeds awaiting it's fate. By this time all but one of the original GP7/9's had been replaced by ex-P&LE GP38's.
